Service Updates

Most Tauranga bus services are now operating on reduced timetables

The Tauranga network is now operating on a revised COVID-19 bus timetable, please check the Transit App, www.baybus.co.nz or call 0800 4 BAY BUS before you travel.

As the Omicron variant spreads in the community, we are experiencing an increase in staff shortages and service cancellations across our bus network.

Although we’re working hard to update cancellations in our systems, there may be some occasions when these are last-minute and can’t be communicated in time. We recommend checking service updates on the Transit App: (transitapp.com) and Baybus Website: Baybus: Relax, Take a Bus in the Bay of Plenty
