Real-time tracking teething problems

We have been experiencing some issues with the Transit App following the roll-out of our new bus network in the Western Bay and Tauranga. The App is only picking up about 60 per cent of the journeys as real-time. You will know it’s real-time as there are pulsing signal bars that appear next to the number of minutes. If you don’t see these then your bus tracking is being relayed per the advertised timetable. Our technical staff are working to get this problem resolved. Thank-you for your patience and understanding
