How to link a bee card to an account
- Sign into your account at beecard.co.nz
- Click ‘Register Card to Account’
- Enter Bee Card Number and Security Code
- Select Register

How to order a bee card from the Bee card website
- Sign into your account at beecard.co.nz
- Click ‘Get a Card’
- Select Bay of Plenty from drop down menu
- Click ‘Next’
- Enter card holder details (NB: if DOB makes the card holder 18 years or younger, child concession is automatically applied)
- Click ‘Next’
- Click ‘Top up’ (NB: when ordering a card online $5 minimum top up is required)
- Enter top up amount
- Click ‘Next’
- Click ‘Checkout’
- Add payment details

How to add Super Gold concession
- Sign into your account at beecard.co.nz
- Locate the correct card that you wish to add your Super Gold to and click “Manage Card”
- Click ‘Add Super Gold’ (it is on the right side of the screen)
- Enter the Client number and Date of birth
- Check ‘Accept’ tick box
- Click ‘Assign’

How to add a child concession
- Sign into your account at beecard.co.nz
- Locate the correct card that you wish to add your child concession and click “Manage Card”
- Click ‘Edit Card Holder’ (it is on the right side of the screen)
- Enter card holder details
- Click ‘Save’

How to top up bee card online
- Sign into your account at beecard.co.nz
- Locate the correct card that you wish to top up and click “Manage Card”
- Click ‘Top Up” (it is on the right side of the screen)
- Enter top up value
- Click ‘Next’
- Click ‘Check Out’
- Enter Payment Details
- Click ‘Pay’
